The West Lawn Gazebo is licenced for outdoor weddings and is a charming hexagonal bandstand structure with flagstone flooring and open sides situated on the West Lawn. It is carefully positioned amidst the golden yew trees with a stunning backdrop of the rolling Herefordshire and Worcestershire countryside, extending some 30 miles to Gloucestershire. The West Lawn Gazebo is reached via a gently sweeping gravel pathway and the countryside views evolve as you approach. For outdoor wedding ceremonies, we set up white bistro chairs either side of the pathway, with the pathway becoming your outside wedding aisle. The Registrars conduct your wedding ceremony from within the West Lawn Gazebo with the wedding couple standing at the entranceway and a stunning countryside backdrop! Fair weather allowing your drinks reception can then continue outside on the West Lawn or Sun Terrace or wherever you decide at your venue!
Should the weather threaten your outdoor wedding ceremony, we are able to rely upon the atmospheric and naturally lit Orangery, which will be set up and ready to host your outdoor wedding ceremony, indoors if needed!
The West Lawn Gazebo has also evolved to be a great location for photos in the pouring rain at night too, with some photographers cleverly illuminating the raindrops within your wedding photos! Wow!
