Pricing wise, we don’t do ‘hidden costs’ nor ‘extra service charges’. VAT is included (everywhere!) and there’s no uncomfortable surprises; you are not charged extra ‘service charges per guest’, we don’t ‘vary your wedding catering costs depending on day of week’, we don’t demand ‘large total minimum spend figures’, nor ‘additional charges for ceremony rooms’… (you get the picture!).

Bredenbury Court Barns offers Wedding Couples; no daytime corkage, which means you can deliver your own wedding drinks to us (to refrigerate, prepare) and serve out on your wedding day (from your drinks reception after your ceremony, until the end of your wedding breakfast / early evening!) at no extra charge, a significant saving.

Typically many venues require you to purchase their drinks or charge corkage which is an additional cost per guest or bottle you provide (depending on other venues’ stipulations and guest numbers, our no corkage offer can save £500 to £2000+).

And our Atrium Barn bar prices are local pub prices, so your guests will be pleasantly surprised too – Cheers!

Exclusive Onsite Accommodation

Without The Pressure of Hiring It All!

You enjoy the offer of exclusive on-site B&B accommodation with the charming 1897 West Lodge, Chalet & East Lodge, all recently restored, with 10 well-appointed rooms (hosting up to 24 guests) being made available.

But without you having the financial pressure of booking all the rooms and chasing guest reimbursement. Instead your selected guests pay us directly for their allocated rooms (£120-£135 per room) in your very own onsite B&B, via our booking portal.

Guests all converge into the East Lodge kitchen diner for a lovely ‘Continental Plus’ breakfast the following morning, enjoying more of those views!

New Year’s Eve: Priced as a September Saturday rate, including a later 1.30am hiring. In addition a catering staff surcharge of £1,425 applies for NYE.
