Why Garden Couples Choose Us
Gardens that have been loved for years.
A garden wedding venue is only as good as its garden. Ours has been tended for decades by people who care about it. Roses, lavender, mature trees, kept lawns. It looks the way you hope it will.
Mature Gardens
Roses, wisteria, lavender, and herbaceous borders that bloom from May through September.
Specimen Trees
Mature oaks, beeches and cedars give shade, structure, and stunning photo backdrops.
South-Facing Lawns
The West Lawn faces south, catching afternoon and evening sun for ceremonies and drinks.
Tended All Year
Our grounds team works year-round so the gardens look their best on your wedding day.
Garden Spaces
Four gardens, each its own moment.
The West Lawn
Licensed gazebo, broad open lawn for ceremony and drinks
The Walled Garden
Sheltered, intimate, perfect for confetti shots and quiet moments
The Avenue
Tree-lined approach used for processions and dramatic photos
The Orchard
Wildflower meadow and old fruit trees for relaxed group shots

Garden Dining
Long lunches, summer evenings.
Garden weddings work brilliantly with long tables under festoon lights, grazing tables in the walled garden, or canapes carried around the lawn. Our in-house team plans menus around the season and the setting.
For evening, guests drift between the gardens and the barns as the light fades, with dinner and dancing inside. It feels like one continuous evening, not a series of separate events.
